As many people as you'd like can help update and edit content on your X-Site. Each person can create a username and password that will allow them to log in to the website and make changes. Furthermore, it is possible to allow accounts editing access only to certain areas of the website! For instance, a user account can be given access to edit only race results.
Only some basic information is needed for us to get started on your X-Site:
• A general outline of what you'd like on the website
• Logos or artwork for your organization (We can design a logo if you don't have one!)
• Images and Photographs
Generally speaking, the more content made available to us, the better we'll be able to design an X-Site for your needs.
Users are able to log in and edit anything in the main "body" area of the website. Text, images, videos and more can be added to the body of each page by logging in to your X-Site. If your website features photo galleries, you will be able to add/remove photos. If your website has a guestbook, you will be able to remove any unwanted entries.
The main layout of the website, including the header, menu, sidebar modules (if any) and footer, are not directly editable. Contact X-Sites for changes and updates to the layout and sidebar of your website. Our full-time support staff will quickly update your site in minimal time and cost.
Hosting for the first year of your X-Site is included in the package cost. Third party web hosts can be used as long as the host meets all technical requirements to run a Joomla CMS website. Please call us for more information if planning to use a third party webhost.
